The construction scope is strictly defined by the approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Any deviations or additional works requested on-site will be treated as 'Extras' and billed accordingly.
Work schedules are provided as milestones. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, including extreme weather, labor strikes, or government-imposed lockdowns.
Anant Construction provides a 10-year structural warranty on all RCC works. This warranty is void if unauthorized modifications are made to the load-bearing structure by the client.
Payments are linked to construction stages (Foundation, Plinth, Slab, Finishing). Failure to clear invoices within the stipulated time may lead to temporary work stoppage.

We use only BIS-certified cement and TMT steel. Material test reports are provided to the client at every major casting stage to ensure transparency and quality.
A standard 12-month Defect Liability Period (DLP) applies from the date of handover, during which any minor plumbing, electrical, or finishing issues are resolved free of charge.
Any technical disagreements will be settled through independent structural audit or mutual arbitration, ensuring project progress is not hampered.
